If you have a maintenance request, please call FRONTLINE, on

or email: 
[email protected]

 
If you make a request by email, be sure to include:
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number if you want the contractor to contact you by phone
  • A brief description of the problem you are reporting
 
Frontline will then pass your request to a coop-approved contractor, who will call to discuss the job with you.
 
Out of hours maintenance issues will also be handled by Frontline. If you have an urgent maintenance issue before 6 am or after 6 pm,  please call the number above.

VERY IMPORTANT – all maintenance requests need to be made through Frontline.
Even if you have spoken with the maintenance officer or Button Builders about the job, it is essential to also call Frontline to log the request.
This is so the coop can keep an accurate record of maintenance jobs that have been reported, and how long  it takes to complete them.
